So do you offer substitutions then? Cuz if the hug is that valuable, I'd come to you and take half the value in smoked salmon, oh yes I surely would. Heck, I'd take it fresh off being cleaned and gutted, mmmm hmmm. I don't do the gutting, but I sure do love doing the cooking. And the cooking pales in comparison to the EATING!

I don't gut my fish! We cook 'em guts and all!

Actually I fillet the fish whole, so the guts stay inside the carcass. The I give my Uncle the carcasses for Crab Bait. He in return brings me Fresh cooked Crab. I think I come out on the best end of the trade, but he's 79 years old and Crabbing is a sport that he can still love and do!
