(I'm certain I wasn't 1/100th that bad), it occurred to me that the only times I've posted directly to staff on the V4L forum was immediately after placing an order I screwed up to catch it right away.

is nothing but out of control trashing, angry good-byes with a few positives lost in the mix.(only two posts I could find about V4L, where the first link in this post really belongs. I'm surprised Elandil missed that one...just my :2c:)

I did calm down, as best I could and, took your advise and hoping to hear back so I have some clue about what needs to be done.

Not making excuses - I was tired, unclear about certain things and frustrated. I'm spending close to half of almost everyday in the hospital but last time I went my PV got all the attention, lol! "What is it?" "Where'd you get it?" "I have a friend...." (the 2nd hand smoke story) Kinda snapped me out of it. :blink:

It's all about forgiveness - and, of course juice :laugh::p.

Everyone has enough problems. I do owe you an apology if I added to any you might be going through & hope you'll forgive me. (If my pkg ever makes it out of CO, I have to compare notes with you on the butterscotch, although I'm still certain it's on ski slope, in the Rockies :mad:....;):unsure::facepalm: ................

No worries, we all have our bad days (not me of course ;) )

I do hope they get you straightened out and vaping happily! I have dealt with a lot of companies, and not just ecigs either. Mistakes are made no matter where you go - we are all human after all. But honestly, I have never found a company like this one that bends over backwards to make things right! They are good people!

They decided, however, to basically ban me from freely purchasing with the security of knowing when there's a problem, they will handle it at their word.

I got an email from one of their newer reps, who likes to wear socks, telling me to not contact him or Steve and, while nothing can be done on a weekend, to wait until Saturday because he doesn't have the time to deal with it....along with back and forth statements about he would do and ending with a question, "Did you talk to Steve?"

I'm going for my 3rd pack of analogs shortly and all I can say is NEVER give credit to anyone but yourself and if you're a believer, to your higher power, for giving up analogs because corporations you let lift you up, can drop you and squash you at whim, rather than help. It's your own accomplishment and keeps a much needed distance between business and consumer, in tact.

Also, never spend more on e-cigs than you can afford to lose. The 'bonuses' are a hook, when things go wrong, they'll throw everything up in your face, sit on their hands and tell you what to buy or not buy as a last resort to avoid stepping up to the plate.

It's the ecf camaraderie that is more addictive than the company. It's what they lack when THEY are frustrated with themselves. Can happen in any company but only encourages those who want to ban e-cigs more than tobacco justify their argument being illogically misplaced and causes a trickle down anger that Steve can't fix fast enough for me.

Such a simple thing but they gave up. I'll do things very differently if I ever try to quit again but as far as I'm concerned V4L just let BT win. That doesn't tell me anyone there was ever so moved by a personal loss to be so outstanding.

It was fun while it lasted.

Going to have MK's second drink now.
