I have not smoked in 48 hours- the first time in 25 years!! I have a problem. I think my prefilled cartridges contain to much nicotine. I am feeling funny- my head feels funny - I feel jittery. These are not withdraw symptoms. I have ordred ultra light cartridges but it will take 4-6 days to reach me. I really do not want to start smoking again is there any way to decrease the amount of nicotine in the prefilled cartridges that I have? Any help would be great.

You can try to get a bottle of Food Grade Glycerin, available at crafty type stores in the candy-making supplies, and drip a drop or 2 on the cart. That may thin out the mix in the cart just enough to get you by.

Go to your local drug store and ask for either glycerol (aka VG, off the shelf) or propylene glycol (aka PG, from the pharmacy, no prescription needed). In either case you want it to be USP grade and as close to 100% pure as you can get.

Either should cost you less than $20 for about a pint. Whichever you get, dilute your fluid 50/50 and vape away!

She's got pre-filled carts, no liquid.... 1 or 2 drops on the cart should be enough to dilute what's in the cart, don't ya think? Or maybe a little bit more?

Yeah, I misread the original message. Can't brain today - I have the dumb.

Your suggestion sounds like a good one. I'd do it by taking a few drags, adding a few drops, take a few drags, add a few drops ... etc. That has the added bonus of keeping the cartridge moist which is better than sucking it dry. Heck, if you kept it up long enough you could taper off your nicotine intake to zero over the course of a single cart.
