To new people ordering from Cignot

Ask Terri, when you order (via terri@cignot.com) if she will send it UPS or another way unless you don't care that it takes forever. I know it's not her fault it's USPS they suck. It's been 7 days and I still have not received my order. And I would actually be very patient if their tracking would post something new. It said leaving Chicago on the 29th of March here it is the 3rd of April NOT 1 UPDATE SINCE THE 29TH and if I don't receive it by the 5th I have to call back they most likely lost it and I have already waited this long. Just FYI for you new folks about to order.

I always get my orders from cignot in 2 or 3 days via usps priority mail, but I realize the postal service can sometimes screw things up, and that can be very frustrating.

I hope it comes Monday I am VERY frustrated. Now I have to buy more analogs for my husband and I. So I ended up spending like 84.00 on my order (Got tons of accessories) and now I have to go buy analogs too. I am thoroughly displeased. I have talked to several other people who have had problems too.
Just my luck...

you know I've worked for both...and I'd trust USPS a thousand times more than UPS for recieving a product that arrives in a reasonable amount of time and in working order..

Remember it's not a tracking # it's a delivery confirmation #..

Dro. I know the lady over the phone said that but other people that ordered on the same day further away from me got more updated information. I on the other hand trust UPS more than USPS. Guess it's just the luck of the draw because I have never had a late or lost package from UPS. Although I only worked for UPS Freight. I just hope it comes Monday or I will probably just get my money back from whomever I have to get it from and go buy it locally. Kinda wish I did that now.

some time the usps does not update the info, mostly when they use ground, it could be in your mail box and the web does not say, perhaps this afternoon it could be in your hands
in my area they are delivering twice a day, letter in the morning and some pack, in the afternoon only packs

I've had two deliveries from cignot both took about 5 days. second one was a replacement for a almost DOA mega-battery that quit after 3-4 days. They shipped a replacement (working so far) and a prepaid return postage envelope immediately on request. responsive to email and corrected my own typo in addressing --personalized service.

The tracking function on USPS worked fine for my anxiety. Last month i had a dead atomizer situation that led me into analog land--but i didn't really enjoy it and i'm working on building out my inventory.

big shift in buying behaviour--wait until down to last few cigareetes and stretch them out and buy a pack at the last minute i might quit with the next pack mentality.

now i'm going for a systematic and gradual reduction in nic levels and frequency--a lot less of that nicotine withdrawal anxiety--i do have a lot of problems misplacing atomizers, carts, adapters and batteries--just as i did before with matches lighters and ashtrays.

hang in there plan ahead and figure you will need to spend a couple of hundred $ to get ahead of the curve to a point where you don't have worries.

When I started vaping my first order was also with Cignot. I had the same USPS issue and it took over 7 days for it to get here... totally USPS not Cignot's fault. But after that orders got to me in 2 to 3 days and I haven't had a problem since. I don't know if it had anything to do with it being my first order and USPS wasn't use to delivering packages to my address or if it was just a fluke, but I can tell you that it is unusual and USPS gets packages to me much faster than UPS.

Just placed my virgin noobie order for a 510 kit with them yesterday & got lightning fast
shipping.

I run a small webstore. Ship out several thou orders per annum & find USPS Priority service to be practically fault free.

A few goodie boxs have been horribly misrouted or horribly
mangled (but hey thats what bubble wrap & packing is for) but overall USPS has been
like 99.978% superb.

Lastly, my hats off to the ladies @ Cignot as their customer service has been superb (so far, fingers x'd). If CS continues at this high level & they have an item I need, I'll
definitely be back for more....M def impressed

In my experience, USPS is usually faster than UPS, especially if shipping across the country. Plus, USPS delivers on Saturdays. =)

It is a fluke. I have ordered from Cignot many times and one of those times took about a week for the PO to deliver. It was funny because a co-worker and I ordered on the same day, Cignot shipped on the same day and she got hers in 3 days. All of my other orders came in 2-3 days.

Hang in there, I know it is hard waiting but it is so worth it.
