Do cartomizers alleviate the flooding problem with e-cigs? If so what would I need to set my self up to use them on a SD MK2?

I have a 808 and I do not have flooding problems at all, don't seem to get the hit off of it that works completely for me yet and some of my cartos are hard to draw off of which is why I am trying the 510.

What I need to find is the hit I seem to get with the 510, combined with the convenience of cartos, and the battery life of my XL 808's. Then I will have to find something else to complain about  LOL

Good luck mate, I'm trying to find that sweet spot too. I think once I do find it I can stop smoking all together.

Thanks CaptJay, I think I'm going to go with the drip method for a while and see if I can make it work for me when I'm on the go. I commute a hundred miles a day and hoping to figure out an easy way to do it while driving without to much hassle.

I didn't read every post so forgive me if it has already been mentioned but you might want to try a drip t-tip. I can do it while driving even. Much easier than trying to drip onto the atomizer. They are tips that funnel the 2 drops of liquid to the atty by just dripping 2 drops into the tip. They are available from Super T Manufacturing, they have a subforum on ecf. Not expensive either, the delrin ones are less than 10 bucks. They make different ones to fit 510, 901 etc.

I was pretty stupid too when I got my 901 one thing is the atty is self cleaning and it gets a little sluggish when its ready to clean when it blinked for cleaning I thought the battery was dead so I changed it thought my batteries were bad then I realized what I was doing you don't have to put it down only takes a few secs and walla its like new so if you use it allot the battery could be cleaning.

Its true, I have little to no patience at all. I have tried the drip method and when Im sitting at my desk it works really well but if Im on the go its just a bit to inconvenient. To your experience CaptJay does dripping shorten the life of your attys?

Do you want any juice in your cart when you try to drip? If so how much?

Dripping is awesome. 3 Drops on a 510 and you have, what I've found to be, about the same puffing life span as one combustible.

I've figured that taking a bottle with me and dripping before I Vape isn't really much more trouble than finding a lighter and lighting your cigarette.

To make dripping less of a hassle though, seriously get a T-Tip.
Super T Manufacturing makes some beautiful pieces.

I have a Stainless Steel contoured tip and a Derlin Tip. They're a great investment! And in addition to making dripping easier and more convenient, you eliminate the need to buy new/blank carts when they wear out.
