I don't drink nearly as much as I did when I was smoker, so I've not been hungover in quite some time. Now instead of pouring back shots and chasing beers, I stick to higher quality drinks such as craft beers, bourbon etc. Now that I can taste the products, I have a much much better appreciation for them.

hmm I feel better waking up overall. Before id wake up coughing and spend the whole day coughing up gunk. Oddly, I dont get hungover now days. In college a night of drinking put me under for 24 hours of headaches and puking. Now at 29 I can put down a fifth of bourbon and wake up ready to roll. I dont understand and I wish I had these powers when I was younger.

For me it was always about hydration. If you drink enough water during your drinking then the less likely for a hangover. After a heavy night of drinking I use to down at least a 12 oz glass of water before sleeping and that helped a lot. I don't really drink that much any more but during the holidays....O never mind. :vapor:

No hangovers here... but then again, I haven't had one since I acquired a taste for craft beer around 6-7 years ago so it doesn't have anything to do with the smokes, in my case anyhow. Now I'm not saying I wake up 100% either.

On the other hand, I now don't wake with a tight chest from chain-smoking out in the cold which is a huge plus!

And as Paul.K and DetraMental says... plenty of hydration *as you drink* is key too.

Lack of hydration can cause hangovers to be worse plus you adding vaping more on top of that. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate....this should help. Happy Vaping :vapor:

A friend told my to drink 2 glasses of water before I go to bed and it will help me not have a hangover, my problem is I am too full of beer and have no room for the water.

I down a couple of pints of tequila, and maybe a fifth, every weekend. I feel better than I did when I smoked 3 or more packs a day, but I'm still hung over.

When I smoked, I would barely smoke after a night of drinking because my throat hurt too much. Now after drinking I can still vape the next day.

Dehydration is about half of a bad hangover. The other half is your body working through the toxic nature of alcohol, after the euphoric sensation that masked it has ended.

Making every third drink water helps a lot for a long night of drinking. 16 oz of water with 2 aspirin right before you pass out works serious wonders as well.
