Congratulations! Raw aluminum was only as far away as a PM to Rob (that's how I got mine). Now you have a beautiful one, guaranteeing you're going to want a second to get the raw aluminum.

The Mini 2.1 will take different batteries. Do you really want to mess with another size? They will last about 1/2 as long as your Grands do.
The 3ml bottle. Well, that's half the Grand size. Works fine for a few hours of vaping if you are going out.
Pluses for a Mini 2.1. It is shorter. Not much different around than the Grand. It is a compact little REO that will perform as good as a Grand.
If you don't need two Grands to go somewhere the Mini and a Grand is a good combo. I use my Mini 2.0 for short trips out. I use a Grand in my vehicle and carry the Mini 2.0 in my purse.
You already have a back-up Grand. Always a good idea.
You can't go wrong with either. And the Mini 2.1 just might fit the bill for short trips or a change in juice.
You do have the same 3.7V, firing pin and spring. They can take it! But with that battery you will cut your vaping time using a lower ohm coil. It is more noticeable to me on those smaller batteries. I still have some atomizers that I am using on my Mini 2.0. But I have a Woodvil 18490 that uses a A7. I keep a 1.2 coil on it and change the battery often.
I'm getting a mini 2.1 to replace my 2.0 that has a happy new reo home. I have to. I don't use 18400s in my provari anymore...and I simply can't waste three batteries!
Thanks to my phone, I could have posted this from anywhere.
