Tobacco Blend Alc help

So, I was wondering if the tobacco Blend (Alc) from Perfumer's Apprentice needs any special consideration in mxing due to its alcohol content?

What strength do people typically mix it at? Is it equally viable with PG and VG?

Treat it like a normal flavoring. I use it between 15 and 20% depending on mix.
