While not exactly news (being from 2000), I thought the following article relevant to current politics of eCigs
Tobacco Settlement Dollars Go Up In Smoke in Latest Government Scam
Essentially, the article shows that if you 'follow the money' you realize funding from the tobacco MSA is mostly for current political whims than what one might think would be logical use of those dollars.
