Tobacco vs non tobacco

What's the difference they all have some flavor right? I read something say tobacco means there's nicotine it. Which Doesent make sense to me but would like to get some insight on this pleas help!!

Simply put, the tobaccos flavors are trying to taste like tobacco (Like pipe and cigar tobacco, or Marlboros, etc...) - which can be made up of non tobacco flavors, like caramel and vanilla. Everything else is non-tobacco.
