Tobeco Kayfun 4 problems

I have 2 Tobeco clones. The wifes seems to be a better quality build & works perfectly after some wick tweaking.
The latest 1 that I am using has trouble with juice flow. I have to loosen the drip tip adapter to burp it when the tank if full.
When I get the tank about half empty the flow works fine.
Also the threading & fit of the juice flow control is very tight & is had to use.
These are both Tobeco clones.
Any ideas of what is going on with the JC issue or dd I just get a bad one the second time around?

One, but the other gives me a couple of ideas.

Check the #16 o ring. It might be binding up the JC.

Run a tiny drill bit by hand through the juice holes in the base and the chimney bell to clear any tiny bits of machining debris that may be in them.

I stopped using my Tobeco Kayfun V4 clone because the deck is a complete POS! I've tried replacing every o-ring with 3-4 different sizes each and nothing solved my leaking. The top tank sections are stellar in terms of fit and finish. I use the tank on my SilverPlay base now and have the absolute best of both worlds.

There must be some machining tolerance stacking going on with the decks and juice control portions of the Tobeco Kayfun V4 clones. Loads of people have 100% perfect RTA's while some have useless paperweights.

My 3 are pretty much perfect. I've got 2 SS and a blue one. Getting a black one next week I think!

I acquired my Kayfun V4 clone used through a trade. I went through all 41 pieces before using it. It had alot of machine "threading" stuck in the juice channels that I had to clean out like Roxy pointed out. It was also assembled with a slightly torn #16 and #18 o-rings. The previous owner complained of leakage and poor vapor production. After my overhaul, it now vapes like a champ, leak free.

My 3 are working great. One was a little less smooth, when working juice control. After I put a film of chapstick on the o ring below juice control deck, it works perfect.
