I did burn of the juice I usd on the TOBH on a mech mod I have and it worked fantastic so coils were fine just the resistance too low for the MVP

You can't burn juice, regardless of the heat. You can, however, burn the wick, meaning your wick ran out of juice too fast. Is the cotton too dense/too fluffy? Is there enough of it to begin with? I mean, I can't burn juice at 0.09 ohms, or with a propane torch. I don't know how to do that...

Nope lol, i never use the dragon coil wicking, not for me, tiny tiny tiny wicks through the 1.5mm coil lol
