Tobh copper center pin too short. Fixes?

You can make a shim out of a very small loop of wire, be it Kanthal or what have you just be sure nothing is sticking out to touch the sides of the 510 connection. For safety sake If you want to use something non conductive you can use a bit of an old credit card or DVD case, drill or cut a hole in it then trim the excess as needed. I've done it a whole number of ways, including wrapping dental floss around the base of the screw and just mashing it down super tight.

You can shim it for sure. I cant remember the exact size screw the tobh uses but i have used this type of screw in some of my attys that i use on my hybrid mods. They come in different sizes this one is an m3 and i shave them to fit

Those are motherboard standoffs, usually made in 6-32 thread pitch.
