I got my Omega Clone 3 days ago, I noticed right away, the post holes are a bit to small for dual 26g coil. With the deep well that the Omega has, it looked to be a pain to drill out. I have drilled various center post, but none with a deep well. To avoid that, I removed the center pin and drilled out the post hole.

I pressed the center pin back in and tested the screw, that's when I noticed that it moved with ease. I got a tad bit mad, but no worries. I follow a lot of builders on Instagram, noticed one builder had replaced the center pin with a solid copper pin from Vapelair.

I ordered one for myself, the solid copper pin has flares at the base for a more secure fit.

Just wondering if anyone has this copper pin? If so how has it been since install? I read it also helps with voltage drop.

Solid Copper Pin I ordered
