So I read a couple of post about everyone Ego or E-Cig coming in today. Mine also came today. I order a Liberty Flight Ego and currently charging one battery while vaping away with the other one. I am currently using the Pre-Filled carts that came with the ego but I notice that it doesn't provide any good throat hit at all and taste extremely horrible. The taste I can deal with until I get some empty carts to put my good tasting juice in. Just worried about the throat hit which is why I grab a Ego. Can anyone help me with my small dilemma?

Almost certainly it's a standard 510 atty. What you need is one of these: Low Resistance Atomizers - Joye 510 Low Resistance
Congratz on getting you new toy. What (strength) mg is the juice in the pre-filled carts? What mg is your juice you're going to refill? It may just be the juice in the carts. Different aspects of the juice can make a difference in TH. PG/VG ratio, strength, vendor, etc.

Thank PI ! I kinda fixed the throat hit problem I just completely cleaned out all the juice that was residing on the battery and it seem to produce more vapor now but the throat hit is still a little weak compare to the 7-11 kit I purchase a week ago. Do you recommending me dripping some e-juice in the prefill after I finish it, wash it off and let it sit over night to dry? I have been vaping for the last 15 min and I just can't get enough of it.
Vaping4sanity thanks the new toy is so fun I completely stop what I was doing in order to play with it. As for the strength on the prefill I really don't know it say MLB*HIG but the one I am refilling it with is a Parliament Flavor 8mg PG I do not know what the PG/VG ratio is but I order it also from Liberty-Flight just to have some extra to vape incase I run out of carts.

Did you get a few cartridges with your eGo??
If so take the filler (white stuff inside the cart) out and wash it under water. Then squeeze the water out and dry further with a paper towel. Then you can use the good stuff straight away
Also did you blow the atty out to remove the yucky primer that is on them from the factory??

What would likely help--if you happen to have any tea bags in the house--is to dump the contents of you carts (filler material, juice and all), clean them out and do as instructed here:
If you don't have the tea bags--or even if you do--try direct dripping. Just take the cart off, remove the filler, drip 2 or 3 drops directly onto the atomizer bridge, replace the cart and vape. Give it another couple of drops every few drags; make sure to keep it wet with juice--that's important.

Maxy007 I did that when I cleaned out the battery re-drip so that it not so dried out. I blew pretty hard for 30second to make sure I got all that goo out. Also thanks for telling me to remove the prefill cause it wasn't that good.

Definitely try dripping. If you like it, on your next order from LF, get a couple of their drip tips. Dripping brings out the flavor of the juice.
I didn't like LF's 510 atties either. Had a gallon of primer fluid in them. I had to rinse them in alcohol for awhile and even that didn't get the taste out.

Good luck! Yeah, I don't think I have even opened any of my cartridges that came in my kit. I ordered a bunch of flavors (some along with eGo from LF, some from MadVapes, and since then added FSUSA and Gourmet Flavors), some extra attys, carts and cartos to play with. Dripping is definitely the way to test out some flavors, and just look at the attys/carts that came pre-filled, as blanks ;o)
But, do place an order(s) for several sample (3ml - 6ml) from various vendors, bearing in mind PG = better TH, VG = more vapor, muted flavors. Nic level is also said to affect TH.
Still in search of my perfect flavors, just seems like everything I'm getting needs to steep a while. Unfortunately, I need to keep using it LoL

THANKS everyone for so much feed back! I put the new flavor in the cart but I still get this super disgusting taste I believe that it might be from the atty primer fluid as t9c stated. I guess I will dip the cart that I am not using into some rubbing alcohol for a few hour.
