Today is the Day! - Nicopure vs FDA Lawsuit

Unless the hearing has been rescheduled, it is today. U.S. Dist. Court judge Amy Jackson, Washington DC, is presiding. Nicopure and The Right to be Smoke Free Coalition vs the FDA.... boo..... The begining of our legal battle to continue vaping as we know it.. I'm actually posting to see if anyone has heard anything yet?? or someone has info regarding the lawsuit?

Huh? If you mean the oral arguments before the judge, that already happened a week or two ago. It got moved up. No information whatsoever on when a ruling will come down. Regardless, whichever side loses will appeal, so the legal maneuvering won't be over for a very long time.
