So Michigan's got the smoking ban going and the paper is just on fire about it. Rules on high-tech smokes unclear | freep.com | Detroit Free Press

They also have an article on e-cigs and it seems they aren't "mentioned" in the current ban, oops, someone's not keeping up! They even have a photo of someone vaping in the paper! Read it at the link up above.

Chris...I thought that was a very favorable article myself. I'm fine with the health department looking into e-cigs from a legal standpoint....since they are NOT illegal! Being in the Metro Detroit area myself I have never had issue vaping in public places.There may be some additional explaining necessary in Resteraunts,Bars and Bolwling alleys once the smoking ban takes effect...I don't anticipate much trouble for us or the owners of said establishments!
