They state in the article that 20,000 to 30,000 people are converting to e-cigs weekly. They also said there were nearly 46 million Americans that smoke traditional cigarettes. About 40 percent try to quit cold turkey or with other nicotine replacements each year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That is almost 20 million that try to quit but most fail. Yikes if 20 million switch to e-cigs we will never be able to find any supplies.

Nah, actually it will mean more R&D to develop better mods, atty's and carts. Would also mean more competitors in the market which always drives prices down. First ball point pens sold for around $20. With mass marketing they can now be had for $.25

I would love to see better atty's and for the love of all that's holy... an auto drip cart... woot!
