Bought a charger, drip tip, 2 egoT batteries from them during their 'lastchance' holiday promotion. Items arrived promptly, nicely packaged. But apparently the charger was somehow defective and fried my existing two egoT batteries.

Sent two emails shortly after realizing what happened, haven't heard back, gave them the benefit of the doubt about being off/busy during the holidays, but called their 877 number today and apparently his voice mail is full.

Not looking good for me I guess. Will update if anything changes, but for now I'd say avoid the store.

UPDATE: 1/18/12

Seems Tom had a medical issue around the time that this all happened, then family issues shortly after that. He replied to a facebook post I made recently and explained that looking through his web/email he didn't see any of the 4 emails I sent. Not sure why I didn't think to use facebook to send him a PM. Guess I don't use facebook for email :)

Anyway, we've started a dialog through facebook and will see where things go from there.

UPDATE 2: 1/18/12

Been speaking with Tom through facebook pm, he explained things to me, among other issues, it seems other people have said that their emails through his site were not getting to him.

He's offered to replace the two blown ego batteries and charger.

Nothing else needed to make this fixed. All's well with the world again.
