I went by my B&M last Friday and picked up a 30ml of El Kamino. I have been down to 6mg of nicotine for the last 2 months, so that's what I always ask for. Yesterday I filled my Kayfun for the first time with this stuff and it hit hard! I thought maybe I was getting sick or something because I can handle 6mg just fine. I keep vaping it today and start feeling sick again (lightheaded, body aching). So I take it easy on the vaping. I get back to my office and pull the juice bottle out of my pocket to put in my desk drawer...out of the corner of my eye I see where it says 12mg! The shop owner made a mistake. How in the WORLD did I ever vape 18mg?? Not saying for anyone currently on 18mg that it's a bad thing, I needed it when I quit the analogs but decided I wanted to move down. Not for everyone. But good lord. I was considering getting a bottle of 18 for emergency when I get down to 0mg...but 12 was killing me. I had no idea how heavy that stuff hits. Ranting...just shocked

I feel you. I was never much of a smoker when I smoked analogs. Vaping 12mg is like a rule of thumb to see if you need more or less when you first start. From the beginning 12mg was to much for me. I would feel so strange, can really explain it but I don't like it at all. Almost like I was tripping, but a bad trip lol. No offense to anyone but I don't know how people vape 12mg or 18mg and you have to be on another level to vape 24mg and up, I would literally lose my mind.

If your setup has changed since you quit smoking... maybe that's the cause?

I have been vaping DIY 11mg (mixed down from 24) in KR808's and EGo's and sometimes wonder if its the reason I can't quit smoking totally... I get light-headed vaping sometimes and it just turns me off and I go back to analogs for a few days. Maybe my juice is not really 11mg? Analogs will of course make me a little head-rushy and mildly dizzy at times but it usually only lasts a brief period, with vaping it can last a quarter an hour or more.

I've vaped 6-8mg no problems... it's a good way to wind down before bed. I puff more often and feel sort of satisfied, but not getting stimulated enough to keep me up.

Here's the heart of the issue for me: I don't think of myself as a "light smoker" (If Im not vaping I'll smoke 12-15 light cigarettes a day), so I figured 12mg is the right place to be more or less, but maybe it's not?

Haha yeah man I'd say vape less than 12mg. Especially if light cigarettes get you light headed. I wasnt a big smoker at all and light cigarettes would never make me light headed. Id say you definitely need to switch to 6mg bro.

It is some strong stuff, I was a pack a day smoker for 13 years and I almost face planted on some lung hits of 12mg juice from a B&M here in El Paso, Texas. I tell my friends toke before you roll because you can get sick behind the wheel and lose motor function with a quick dose of the vape nicotine. The Kayfun also has a narrow chimney which condenses its hits, along with the flavor you get a higher dose of nic. Be safe, this happens to many of us at times.

I think the same thing happened to me and the bottle was labeled wrong, I started at 12-18mg and eventually to 6mg and I vape 0mg once in awhile, I like the nic flavor and throat hit so I stick with 6mg. I cannot vape 12mg anymore it is overwhelming and it does cause the nic sickness for me. I would take the ejuice back to them and have them fix the issue, stuff like that is what makes the media push the government to regulate ejuice.

It definitely depends on the equipment you use as well. When I switched over from analogs I used 36mg without issue in standard pro-tanks. However, when I got a kayfun I immediately had to switch to 24mg, then when I got my first RDA, the Atomic, I switched to 18mg.

I can see myself going down again soon. When you start getting nic-sick, you know what time it is...
