Hey guys. I've been vaping 24mg juice for well over a year, and I've finally hit a point in my life where I just wanna quit and no longer be a slave to the nicotine addiction.

So last week I bought a 7ml bottle of 18mg, a 7ml bottle of 12mg, and a 7ml bottle of 6mg juice. When I run out of the 6gm juice, I'm gonna be done.

I started on the 18mg bottle yesterday, and by the end of the night my chest felt super tight and anxious. I was just curious if that is a normal symptom of cutting back on nicotine intake? It's really starting to bother me.

The medication I'm on causes me to feel super light-headed and nauseous, but no one has reported it making their chest feel tight, so I'm kinda worried.

Anyone experience anything like that?

I found it a whole lot easier to step down only 2mg's at a time, your body has been use to smoking and having all that Nic in it for a long time, so slowly stepping down makes it easier, even if you vape a little bit more while stepping down. You wont feel the side effects as much and this will make it a LOT easier then trying to drop 5-8mg's at once. Might want to give this a try, may take a little longer but could be safer for ya and easier.

Somewhere out there
You could also try, 24 or 18 in the morning, 18 or 12 noon and afternoon 12, then 6 at night. This way you are reducing the nic at intervals. I found when I started vaping 6 and zero at night that in morning 12 was too strong, so I am now at 6 all day and some zero at night. Once in awhile I try higher 12 if I need a real TH, but I am very happy at 6. bnrk
