I don't know that there is such a thing as too much vaping. I wonder though if your nicotine level may not be high enough to satisfy your bodies current demand for it. My experience has been that when I am getting enough nic through vaping, I don't need to vape as much. You may also want to consider that the increased appetite could be linked to not enough nicotine in your system. Just like someone who quits may experience weight gain. This is only my opinion based on my experience. I may be completely out in left field. I actually lost weight when I switched to vaping and have been able to reduce my nicotine level from 1.8 to 0.6 in four months. Good Luck!

I think you've vaped too much when you get past the solid nic buzz and you start to feel sick. Now if you stepped down your nic level "vaping too much" would take longer to get to.
If you vape the same flavor constantly, eventually your body will adjust to it and you will lose your ability to smell or taste it, that would be vaping too much but switching flavors every now and then will fix that. :) I'd vape Honey Pearry all day every day if I wasn't scared of desensitizing myself to it.
