Might not be what you want to hear but True JoyTech LR atomizers are 1.5 Ohms with .2 tolerance. Still going to be pretty close. You might get a slightly cooler vape with the new atomizer.

Awww bummer.. these are true joyetech mega atty's.. why are they not the same? :/

Damn things only work with eGo's, too. Hope they are good.

Cant say for sure why they are not the same. I guess after testing they decided to go with that number for Ohms. Pretty sure it will have a .2 tolerance like the reg ones so maybe you will get lucky and get a 1.6 ohm one.

I HAD to bump this to say I've been using this atomizer exclusively now for 3 months straight, and it shows no signs of stopping. Completely worth the 14$ imo. But I just bought another at litecig for 11$. I can't wait to see how much longer this thing lasts.

I boiled and blew it out once, but that was only because I had juice in it that I was allergic to and I had to make sure it was completely gone. It hadn't dropped in performance or anything.
