Tootsie Roll?

I'm looking to create a good tootsie roll flavor. I tried it many moons ago and loved it and haven't seen it since so I am trying to recreate it. Any ideas where to start to create a good tootsie roll flavor? Or any vendors that sell a concentrated tootsie roll flavoring? I know it needs chocolate, but what else?

VapingZone's super concentrated chocolate tastes exactly like a tootsie roll, IMO.

I ordered it and it's on it's way. I'll let ya know once I mixed that baby up.

I just looked in my notes, and I originally mixed at 3% and let it steep 24 hours. "Kinda weak-ish, tastes like a tootsie pop" was exactly what I wrote. I then upped it to 4% and added a touch of cream and EM, and it got better (richer) like a tootsie roll.
