Top cap on my Infinity came loose

uh oh my clumsy hands did something i think my wires came off...Buzz! i need some fixing! LOL! just sent you a PM gonna order the Buzz im to rough for this pretty thing hahaha!
Got it Doney , we will get you fixed up soon , We are looking for a better glue or tacky substance to lock the top cap in but not make it impossible to remove .

maybe lock tight since super glue dried to fast for me to screw it in all the way and had to use pliers to take it out which scratched up the top and left some gunk on the threads.. I will send the infinity to you on Monday
Generally loctite blue 242 is pretty good stuff:

Red is probably out of the question -- I doubt you would want to heat to 500F to remove the cap.
(This was good timing -- I need some loctite for replacement bolts on my snow rake.)

Get a pair of vice grips or pliers and tighten that sucker. It will never come off.
Ya we are adding a hole to put a pin in to tighten and loosen the top cap in the next run ! it is impossible to get a grip on the taper top
that sounds like a better idea it would avoid all the mess of the glue expanding on the threads making it almost impossible to take off the top cap. maybe like something of a allen wrench screws to tighten it in (tiny ones?)
Anyone try one of the textured rubber jar openers to tighten/loosen the cap? Combined with a dab of loctite blue I'd expect it to seat fairly well.
I have the same problem but I can't get the cap off. It feels like it is twisting the connection before it completely comes off I was going to do the loctite on it but I can't get the threads exposed. Any suggestions?
I don't believe there are any threads on the Infinity. It's just glued on. If you could find a bolt that size and thread or maybe an old atty, carto or adapter. Something to get a hold of you could pull it out I believe.
