All my tanks are BCC. I will tinker down the road. I just have to deal with one supply item, that's all.

I do use 1.8 and 2.5 ohm coils. I compared the two using one flavor and noticed a slight difference. Its an area that I want to continue testing for each of my flavors. I record results.

I don't get any problems.

If you love the iClear 30, you'd REALLY love the 30S. First top coil tank I've used that doesn't flood if laid on it's side all day. And then there's the iClear 30B, dual bottom coil. I own one of each. The 30S and 30B get used every day, in rotation with my 2 Aerotanks. The 30 pretty much stays at home, and no longer gets used every day.
Most of my everyday tanks are bottom dual coil, with the exception of the iClear 30S.

1:
I use only glass tanks, not plastic.

2:
I prefer the solid eGo thread to get away from all the problems with the 510 thread
- mechanical - rocking tank
- airflow - tight/inconsistent airflow
- electrical - center pin issues; proximity of positive pin to negative - risk of shorting
The 510 thread is fine for cartos, but bad for higher capacity tanks.

3:
Removeable driptip/mouthpiece.
Don't one to be confined to a single mouthpiece; I want to be able to put on glass or delrin if I want.

4:
Completely disassembleable for replacing parts or cleaning.

5:
Outer protection - plastic, rubber or metal jacket.

The miniprotank2 provides 4 out of 5 of those criteria.
It so happens to be a bottom coil tank.

There's a pyrex vivi nova which provides 3 out of 5; it's a topcoil

The smokech aro provides 3 out of 5 of those criteria. Its a bottom coil.

What I actually use is a protank on a miniprotank base; I plan on using silicone to add some rubber coat type protection.

I do have a genesis; I call that a top coil; and I might use it more if I get a long.. like 4 inch long driptip.

I think bottom coil is better for new vapers, but for more experienced vapers and with future develop I think a superior topcoil system will be developed; perhaps something resembling the REO but with a twirl instead of a squonk

I am also a fan of latest mini pro tank 2 with removable mouthpiece - 2nd favorite. and of course a bottom feeder

3rd is my F16 V2 boge carto tank: removable mouthpiece, glass, aluminum outer shield offers some level of protection for glass, 510 threading but at 22mm diameter fits flush on my intelligent battery systems using top adjustable ring for solid support - kind of top feeder I guess

1st is an assortment of drippers all of which I love rebuilding and using on a daily basis - just can't beat a good dripper.

I've always liked the EVOD's (bcc) more than the CE4's. Recently, I discovered the CE5-R which is a BCC in a CE footprint, and is great.

The TCC's have just never wicked well enough for me.

JMHO, YMMV, IHTFP.

I'm a big Evod fan and have quite a few of them. I recently got a free iClear 30 with my MVP 2 and was very disappointed when I used it, compared to my Evods. I know quite a few folks love the iClears, but they aren't for me.
