top light of pcc blinks?

ok when i put a manual 510 batt in my pcc it stays red for a while then starts blinking red wtf? any suggestions?

That's typically the way it goes. It will come on red solid.. then after a while it will blink intermittently.... and then finally it will go off.

When it goes off, the battery is charged completely.

Exactly! This is normal.

My USB charger for my 510 has the same pattern, threw me off at first. Blinks red/green, then solid red for awhile, then rapid red/green or intermittent, then finally solid green.
