As far as 90w+ box mods go. What are the best ones out there? The things that matter to me the most are as follows.

1. Warrenty - Lifetime, part replacement or fixing it for cheap or even free.

2. Customer service - I would like to purchase a mod from a place that isn't going to jerk me around and take forever to get back to me or fix something if it goes out.

3. Reliability - I don't want to have to be worrying all the time that my mod is going to break on me as Im out running around, sure things happen and you can't help it, but id love something that is built pretty solid, and isn't going to get trashed from being bumped around with normal use, or dropped from a short distance.

4. Battery Life - I know there are many factors that go into this with the build you have on it and how many watts you're pushing, but Id like to get my hands on a box that would be able to last almost an entire day for the most part when floating around lets say, 80-85 watts.

5.Comfortable button and body - I feel like something like the SIg would barely fit in your pocket, So something that is pocketable would be awesome. Something that is nice in the hand, I don't have huge hands, So id like a box that is a little smaller than some of the huge ones iv seen, I would love something the size of like Hanna Mods v4.(I wish hanna would make a 100w box that is the same size as their 40w. that would be my winner. I also like the size of a hexohm (I am just unsure about going with a VV vs a VW device, I don't really have a great understanding of the differences between the two and the pros and cons on each type)

6. Bells and whistles, Locking function, safety features, pass through would be cool, usb charging port (which I have heard that the usb charging doesn't really charge it?) What's the time difference between using a USB charging port vs a regular battery charger? Just a basic example of charge times so I have an idea?

7. Not so important, But something that I could wrap or cover, or the make accessories for, like a case for it, or a cover (Not the rubber ones, that would suck trying to get it in and out of your pocket, kinda like having a silicon case on a cellphone.

Lastly, I feel like I might have a skewed perception of just how big something like the Sig 100w box mod is... If possible, Perhaps if someone out there owns a sig, and a hanna mods and a hexohm I would really appreciate if you could snap some comparison pictures and if you have an iphone or something I could use as a comparison to size that would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!

Thanks a ton guys! As always, I appreciate the help from this community.

Not sure that device exists (lifetime warranty)
85w all day long...I'd say AT LEAST 2x18650 3x would be better and that narrows down your choice to a couple chinese offerings which negates your top concerns of repairs and warranties.

Best options is look for a good rep local shop that will give you direct service and honor the warranty attached to a device (some even extend them to a reasonable time) but that limits it to 6months-1year

Or go with top dollars limitededitionmadeofunobtainiumoneoffswaitlisted devices that may have a good warranty and great perfs but with 1 or 2x18650 which defeats another of your requirements :/

And those are not necessarily big,but heavy in the fact that they need some meat to sink da heat they produce so thick boned+2-3x18650s=aye carramba
