Top piece coming off.

I noticed today that there is a tiny gap in between the top chrome part and the satin silver body, but only on one half. So its kind of tilted out, just a hair, so I can see a little red peeking through from the electronics. I tried to push it back in, but didn't want to get too rough with it. Any suggestions?

Contact Provape by phone or email. They typically are fast to respond and will attempt to find a fix without needing to send in to them for repair.

The chrome top piece is a snap-in part. More than likely they will advise you to try to push it in a little harder yourself, but I'd contact them first just to be certain. This happened to another customer within 3-4 months ago and he was able to push his in properly. Try an ECF search.

Edit: I just did an ECF search out of curiousity and got several responses. Just type in "Provari top cap came off" in the search function at the top right of this page and press enter on your keyboard.

Yep, found some results on my laptop. I gotta try to remember that tapatalks search function is garbage.

Fixed. Took a piece of wood, put in on top of Provari, tapped the wood with a hammer, bam, all lined up.

As for I can remember that's exactly how "the other user" fixed the same issue (as advised by the Provape customer service).
