So I have this dripper that is apparently 0.8 ohms. Where would be a good place to take it to get the sort of supplies and assistance to changing it to a higher resistance? Or would it just be easier to order a new dripper?

X-treme in pearl city would be the best place for that. They can rebuild for you or teach you how to do it.
