Got the atty, coil was messed up but its my first attempt dripping, so I was unsure of what they should look like. It died almost instantly on me. One email later and a replacement was on the way. Thats customer service!
Got the new replacement atty today, and I am dripping like a champ!
Customer service like this is hard to get. They asked no questions, said they dont normally do this but they gave me the benefit of the doubt. Now here I am, puffing away and sampling flavors rapidly deciding what should go into my tanks. Not a big fan of dripping, but WOW what a difference it makes to sample flavors!
