Ok, so I've been around for a minute, and have gone through all the noob frustration and such. Now I have a question for everyone,

When you top off, do you just drip into the cart? Or do you use a syringe?

What's the difference? I mean arent' both techniques resulting in the same effect? Is there an advantage to topping off with a syringe? Or is it just that you can measure exactly how much you put into your cart?

I've always had issues with keeping my cart moist and avoiding the burnt taste that I get when the stuffing gets too hot and the atomizer grabs a bit of it. I usually end up dripping about 2 drops into the cart every time I go to smoke, and usually throw a drop onto the atomizer maybe once a day to help avoid the "stuffing grabbing".

So what's your opinion? Do you stick it? Or drip it? :) :D

almost every other day when i get home i use the "iGetcha" technique of pulling the stuffing out with tweezers , rinsing it under the tap , putting 5-6 drops of juice in the empty cart and stuffing the fiber back in , then topping off another 4 or 5 drips , huge vapor

also i use the dse109 , but i guess it's the same for most other models??

I tried using the syringe method a few times and found it to be a bit of a pain.
I just drip the cart until it's moist then two in the atomizer. Once the vap starts getting less i do the same again. Also i don't think my boss would be too happy with me pulling a syringe out in the office 8-o.

I must say i haven't tried the Igetcha method yet. May have to give that a shot.

The 901, while not my favorite, is a work horse. It's definitely my number 1 backup. It doesn't have the capacity (either cart or battery) that I'd prefer, but it's very reliable (as far as these things go). I use mine exclusively for dripping. I've been using the same atomizer for 3 weeks now (a lot, btw). I let it drip out on a paper towel each night, and blow out the excess every so often.

The syringless technique I tend to use is push up the inner cart up to the top of the cart with a bent bobby-pin. If there's a female in the home you can find these all over the place. You can either rip the glue off the ends of them, or if you have one with rounded metal ends you're set. Drip-drip-drip, push back down with the bobby pin. Swing the cart to use centrifugal force so send liquid to the bottom of the stuffing. Pop inner cart up again, fill for last time and push it down again with the bobby pin.

If you end up with a little pool and you don't have a glass dropper to suck it up again, just dip the atomizer in the fluid for a second the atomizer will pull a bit of fluid up, then pull away and let some absorb into the atomizer, repeat if necessary.
