So I picked up a few topsides for the stash, and noticed a couple of them have some severe button rattle. Is this covered under warranty, or did I just get some bad luck on some Friday afternoon units?

High density Neoprene sheet and a spray mount style adhesive come to mind for sorting that out @HigherStateD.
If it comes to it, sure, but these are fresh out of the box and sound like a child's toy when shaken... I'd rather just get them serviced, but I'm not trying to send them in if I'll just be told there is nothing wrong...
I think it may be that the plastic bit between the actuator and the microswitch may be missing, wouldn't surprise me, as the topside 90w is known to have some issues, loose door screws from factory for one, and I've gotten a bottle that didn't have screws at all, glad I didn't try that one without checking it first, that'd have been a mess...
Button rattle is a deal killer for me, can't stand it.
