I'd been looking for a cheapish rda in the 19-20mm range for my new GLV2 Mini and found the 'Torch' at Avid for about $25.
It is a very solid piece and a thick cap. Tight deck that even though there are 3 posts, the airflow isn't suited for dual coils. My first build was a doubled and twisted ribbon @ 0.9 ohm. 24+ hours with it and I'm pretty happy. I drilled out the cap and the hole I built to a bit (forget the size, it is the drill bit I keep with my vape tools and the diameter I've drilled everything with), brushed the finish slightly and then torched it today.
