Tordado-Battery-Mains Charger Adaptor

Can the Tordado-Battery-Mains Charger Adaptor be used as a 510 extension? Wondering if I could use the Tornado cartomizers and Mega atty on another unit using this as an adapter. With the skirt, you need an extension to be able to use them on something other than the Tornado.
