24 hours of use now. I have vaped the tank very hard too, as I tend to when I get new toys lol, guessing 4-5 tanks maybe. Nothing negative to report at all, no leaks, even with repeatedly taking the tank off for changeout and just to see how much juice is left. That is the disadvantage of solid black plastic. Emanguba, how is the 100% VG working out?

Anyone got any leaks? I haven't...I'm using 100% VG juice.

No leaks here after 24 hours and like cuseguy I take mine out quite a bit to check the level of juice and such and am working down on my 3rd tank of juice (2nd refill for this cart, since i tried one of the prefilled carts that came with my kit, as a test run)

So all in all, most of us are having a pretty good experience with it so far. Sure it's very early and we really won't know the whole story for a few weeks or even months, but definitely very promising. Like I said earlier, it is already changing my mobile vaping routine and am sure it is doing that for alot of you also. I wonder if Joye will make a 510-T? Or better yet, an Ego-T LR?

Not to change the subject but I just switched directly from watermelon 80/20 to a 100% VG mix of Alien Visons C&D, which is a marlboro light tobacco taste into the same tank with no rinse. Amazing how fast the atty and the tank clear out the old flavor compared to standard 510 attys, which seem to hold a fruity flavor in them forever unless you clean them.

I haven't tried filling a empty tank with a different flavor yet, but I agree, it does take the change of flavors pretty fast.. I switched tanks from the pre-filled to Tasty Finger and the flavor changed almost instantly. I think the true test will be when I try a tank of atomic cinnacide and then change to a different flavor. I know in the mega atty/mega carts when I changed carts it took about 5-10 min for the flavor to change and to get the cinnacide flavor fully gone. Though I am also considering just using a mega cart/atty for that flavor dedicated... Not sure yet though

Yeah, Atomic Cinnacide is more than a test! I only drip it in a cone atty that I only use specifically for A.C. Also there are some questions about how corrosive it is on attys and I am not willing to risk it yet.

Think I will continue just using it in a LR carto for now then, probably the safest thing to do! I hadn't heard that it may be corrosive to attys, is that because it is oil based?

Whoa Scott, so you actually rinsed your T like a normal atty? Tell us about it. Hot water just flows straight through it like a normal one?

Yeah... I had mentioned this in the other thread. Kent had talked about an alcohol soak.... which would probably be OK for this atty as long as you don't soak it too long.

But I prefer water rinses and dry-burns..... so that's what I used. Worked fine.. actually... it worked well!

Water rinse.... pulsed dry-burn until I got a good red glow and "no smoke"... then another water rinse. Blew it dry and re-primed it with my liquid. Good to go.

The water doesn't really "run through it". I fill the cartridge end with water then "mouth-blow" it through.

Yeah, I guess water can't go "straight" through it lol...Excellent though....That is my exact cleaning/dryburn method, except sometimes I'll do a vodka "swish" inside an aspirin bottle before the hot water. But either way, I have never killed an atty by cleaning them ansd sometimes its the only way to get a strong flavor out.

I got mine today.

The short report: I'm in love.

Smokin some NHaler "Camule" in it. SO cigarette-like!!

I took note of the tip to turn it a few times (the tank) when you attach it to the atomizer, to make a good pinhole. Took a few "primer" drags of pulling on it without depressing the power button.

Simply amazing.

I'm a CE2 R4 smoker ordinarily, but what a pain in the rear to refill with the syringes and constant mopping up after them with paper towels. Wicking's inconsistent with them, though it can be good when they work right.

This seems to me to be the best thing since sliced bread. It's a whole 'nother level. I'm psyched!!

Michelle, tell us how you really feel! Lol... No, it is a huge stride imo. My wife was always intimidated by refilling, many times leaning on me for it. I don't mind but it was hard enough just doing myself. One day with this and she is self sufficient. The big gains for me are the consistency of the vape and the ease of traveling/work. As I've said previously, it may not appeal so much to HV vapers but
for us former analog smokers, just looking for an easy, consistent and fairly decent vape to replace our analog experience, this is it. And really, that is where the mainstream money is.

Yeah I love the tanks.. I am currently using one tornado batt with a mega LR/mega cart combo and one of my batts with the tank combo.. I can't decide which i like better though... They both have their good sides.. the mega cart holds around 2.5ml of liquid, so that means only refilling once a day. On the other hand, with the tank I have not gotten a burnt filler taste even when down to the last few drops, since the filler isn't in the tank, etc.. It is also my opinion that the flavor of liquids seems to come out better with the tank, since there isn't the filler.

Enter Buzz Killington. I hate to complain, but I've had major issues getting any kind of satisfaction with my Tornado T. Perhaps someone can help or clarify.

I'm used to the Tornado Mega LR attys, which provide (in my experience) significant vapor and major flavor. I'm also a fan of dripping with the normal 510 LR atty.

The tornado-t, by comparison to these, gives me almost no vapor and a very very small amount of flavor. I'm using the same juices (vapor bomb, 80PG/20VG) and getting wildly different vape characteristics.

So my question to all of you who are very satisfied with your Tornado-T: What devices are you coming from? What did you use prior?

This sort of answers the question I just posted... but still. Is your tank really functioning as well as a mega LR in terms of vapor production and taste? Do I just (perhaps) have a defective one?

The only difference that I've noticed is that on my 1000mah battery (Inferno), the draw is harder.

On the 650mah battery (eGo), the draw is smoother.

I used the same atty and tank to test.

I have tried 100% VG and also PG/VG mix on the same atty and got the same results.

TH and vapor was the same on both batteries.

Did you just get 1 atty?

I got 3 and 1 of them gave me the 'burnt taste' initially.

I would rate the tank system a 6.

My go-to devices are still my bottom feeders w/lr510 or lr306.
