Is the Tornado tank from TW an Ego? Anyone using it to give a quick review. What's the best EGO to buy?

Yes. TW's Tornado-T and Volcano's Inferno-T are both Joye eGo-T's with their own labels on them.

You should get the one that meets your needs. Price, battery size, accessories.

I can't recommend any vendors, as you're in the UK, but I'm sure you'll find one that will suit your needs
