hi all,
bought my first e-cigarette after a trip south of the border. my partner's sister had been bugging him to quit smoking and bought him a e-cig this summer (kanger pro tank ii & ego battery). we had a lot of problems with leaking and a faulty piece so we went back to "analog" until our recent trip to pittsburgh where we both picked up some ego-t CE4 + v2 starter kits. i have a 650mah battery and he has a 1000mah. we are definitely sold on vaping! i used to smoke 3-5 a day and my guy about twice that, it's been 2 days without a smoke for either of us so it's been pretty encouraging!

this forum is a bit overwhelming with the amount of info and jargon so please forgive me if i completely massacred describing our super basic set ups. TOTAL NEOPHYTE. i know there are a couple shops in the area but i've only seen ONE person vaping in downtown toronto so i haven't found anyone to bounce q's off of. still trying to wrap my head around basic terminology and differences in battery power and brands and this and that. i am glad we didn't buy our first set ups online because i would be drowning in uncertainty!

we are first and foremost looking to buy back up batteries and clearomizers? tanks? coils? since we both only have the bare minimum. if anybody has recommendations for a good brick & mortar shop in toronto please respond!
excited for the learning curve....

Hi and welcome!

Once you get 5 posts in the New Members forum you can post questions in the Canadian forum, which is on the main page towards the bottom section. Just say hello and introduce yourself to people and you will have 5 posts in no time (Don't start 4 more threads though, that's not allowed). In the meantime, here is a resource you might want to bookmark:

welcome on ECF and congrats for the switch, you have a good setup and you used all the good terminology :)

Buying in a store first is a realy good idea, that's what I recommend to people now, in most stores you can even try hardware and eliquid before you buy, they offer a really good service and will answer all your questions. I know there's quite a few shops in ontario, here's what I found:
Buy Electronic Cigarettes Locally - Ontario - Canada - Where To Buy E-Cigarettes

It's not a complete list tho. As for batteries, there's a lot of difference in them but one of the most important thing is the mAh, the higher it is, the longer you will vape without recharging your battery!
