welcome to the forum! I just joined a few days ago myself and I have/had similar questions... so far this forum has been amazing for answers and advice... also good for you on going cold turkey... I wish I could say the same for me, but I'm still smoking analogs right now while I do more research into this... I went cold turkey last year for 8 months and it was hard, so I know how you feel. I never had the e-cig as a back up plan though, so I'm sure you're definitely taking a step in the right direction!
