Regarding the troubles that would arise for every vaper if doctors began prescribing e-cigs to youth,
if e-cigs were handled by vendors the same way as smokes are now there shouldn't be a problem.
Of course there will always be those vendors that are just out for the bucks that sell to kids now and shouldn't.
They will not go away, but at least the kid would have a choice between smoking or
vaping.
Neither a good choice for youngsters but had e-cigs been around when I was a young smoker and been available as an option alongside stinkies, I might not have the health issues I find myself facing today.
I'd hate to see a kid get hooked on nic. and
vape for the rest of their lives, but I believe it would still be a better option than cigs. It's an option we never had as youngsters. Obviously the best option is to abstain completely.
Telling a kid they can't do something doesn't always produce the desired outcome.
The same reasons that make e-cigs work for us ex-smokers are the same reasons they could get and hook a youngster
for the rest of their lives.
It is a very touchy subject, for many valid reasons. It's easy to see why our gov. doesn't want to touch it.
They're not even using "kid gloves".(or are they?)
Now on to the subject of abortion and rights.......j/k.
