Toss this battery?

I'm using a k100. There is an indentation on my battery on the negative side, in the shape of the bottom post. I think I overtightened the telescope on it. It is an EFest 18650. Its no big deal, but I just wanted to know if it is dangerous to still use.

I have a few batteries that have the same indentation and have been using them for months. You should be ok....
