What mg do you vape?

Oh and what flavored cigarette?

How much do you vape? How much did you smoke?
12 or 18 mg.
I was mostly doing lemonade flavors, some fruits, and some coffees and minties.
i used to smoke 1 1/2 packs of Kool Mild.
How much do I vape? Most of the day. No long breaks.

I would suggest 14- 18mg unflavored nic base. Unflavored 12mg & up tastes like a light cigarette. Many people vape unflavored. Really cigarettes aren't flavored like this. Do unflavored, and just remember cigarettes didn't taste like fruits and stuff. Straight smoke mainly.

Maybe add a little bit of a menthol flavor to it.

Do you buy juice at a b&m, you may be developing an issue with the flavorings they use.

Many people have an issue crop up 1-2 months in, then it passes in 2-4 weeks. For me it was tooth pain in filled cavities lasted 3-4 weeks went away and hasn't returned.

Can you suggest a source?
I don't usually use store brands, no. have bought a few here and there, but never ended up using them.

Thank you; I had read that too.
I've tried Biotene, no help. I have to be careful about gum because even sugarless has carbs in it. But thanks. I wish there was a way to respond on those Veteran threads! impossible to carry on a dialogue there (or am I missing something?)

Trust me when I tell you that the amount of carbs in a small piece of Trident Sugarless Gum would be well worth it. The chewing helps to create saliva and will keep your mouth moist. It is the only thing that worked for me.

Good luck once again ;)

I'm using this nic right now, it's good. Best price for good nic.
USP Nicotine Solutions

If you want top notch excellent nic look at xtreamvaping or vapers tek.

The Only flavoring I can recommend is hangsens, because thats all I use. They have some good menthol tobacco vapes. Kool is called KO tobacco

I'm happy to report that some of my ability to taste juice has returned! Four days after switching to all-VG, I was tasting some fruits and they were almost exploding on my tongue! The throat hit suddenly ramped up, like fivefold, and I almost started coughing lol.
I'm still using the TheraBreath, tongue cleaner, and one or two pieces of gum a day, and hydrating as much as possible.
I have a Vapor Chef order due to arrive today, Peppermint Pattie and Bloody Mango; very excited.
Thanks to everyone who has offered help to me. It's been so frustrating.
I now have a humongous collection of juice I can't use, however...hoping I find someone who can use it...will look thru my local FB group.

Sorry to hear, but you keep going to the strongest flavors you can find, and I have yet to hear you try unflavored for a few days. Since you can taste it anyway why not? Strong flavors can kill your sense of taste. I guess that's all I can add.

Guilty as charged; just haven't gotten around to ordering any. I am doing so right now!!! It's been so long and it's making me nuts!

I don't have a scientific fix, but I do have a temporary fix for you. I have dry mouth all of the time. It is mitigated slightly if I drink a lot of water. I think my medications are mostly to blame however it (dry mouth) got worse when I started vaping. I buy max VG juice from vendors, but I DIY 70VG/30 water + flavors. I have a hard time tasting flavors. Sometimes I think my taste buds are getting better, but I usually need to order double flavored juices. I think I'm paying the price for 50+ years of smoking. At any rate when your tongue wants to stick to the roof of your mouth because you're so dry try sugar free Lifesavers candy. They are sour and somehow they activate your saliva making process. As I said it is temporary, but it will get you over the hump until you find the actual cause of your dry mouth. HTH

Thanks, MamaG.
For my first, let's say, six weeks of vaping, I was in heaven, tasting and loving all the various juice flavors. Gradually they left, and I developed little tricks, like sniffing before I inhaled each time. Then I moved on to drinking something compatible with my juice, like tart iced tea with fruit, or coffee with coffee and chocolate. THEN I started using a simple dripper. Finally even the dripper is barely delivering for me.
Sorry you have the issue too, and I do take Meloxicam once a day, but I am not giving up, just frustrated. Thanks for your input.
