I am a pack a day Marlboro Red 100's smoker. I have tried to quit numerous times but obviously never hard enough.

I am getting ready to watch the video but wanted to say Hi first. So Hi everyone!

I was also wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Where do I start? Is there a simple version for total noobs on what to buy and where to buy it? How often can I expect to be buying replacements, etc. What do you suggest for a 30 something female, pack a day Marlboro Red 100's smoker?

as a recent newb, i'd probably suggest a 401 model (EVO or Pilot) or a standard 901 model ("pocket mini"). i've recently been toying with a 901, and to me it does give a unique experience that isn't exactly like "smoking" but the 401 to me feels more like a "real" cigarette in how it performs.

maintenance is a little tricker (but not impossible) with the 401 models, but again, in my opinion, it replaces "real smoking" a little more accurately.

i'm glad i started with that model, learned a bit about it, and then progressed to a different device. a lot of people love the 901 and i do as well, but to me, it feels more like a "vapor device" and less like a cig, so it could be a little strange to someone at first.

hope that makes sense :)

i don't think you'll be sorry with either model, and the 901 is a little more widespread, so a lot start out with it, i just happened to do it the other way around :)

however, kate is absolutely right that it's a purely personal experience for everyone, and most people end up with a few devices trying to find the perfect one for them.

i like the battery life and "realism" of the 401, and the 901 provides a little bit of a "heavier" experience to me.

Welcome! I am almost 40 and a woman who smoked full flavor 100s 2 pks a day. I went with the classic penstyle due to how ling the carts and battery last before needing to be changed or charged. It also has the danty mouthpiece instead of a round mouthpiece. Alot has to do with personal preference though so its good to look and read alot before you buy. Good luck and hope you find what your after.

Thanks so much for all your help.

I decided on either one of these that was recommended:
401 model (EVO or Pilot) or
a standard 901 model ("pocket mini")

Where do I buy them at? Best price and service? I'd like a warranty if I can get one. Also, what are things do I need to order? I noticed that people suggested extra parts and juice. I'm not sure how many of what I need. Also, I will be need enough for about a month as I will be traveling.

Can anyone help me with my first order? If you were me, what all would you get for less than $125.

Both M401s and DSE901s are popular devices and a good choice.

LitecigUSA used to have a six month guarantee and good prices but I'm not up to date on them now.

To start you'll need minimum - 2x atomisers, 2x batteries, charger, 10 cartridges and a couple of bottles of eliquid. If you decide you like the device it's usually worth getting another kit for spares (yes, you do need a spare charger).
