I can't believe this!! I ordered 9 attys and 9 battys on Feb. 12 ( stockin up in case the " powere that be" take over, lol. I didn"t break them out till a couple of days ago, when I noticed that the 510 attys were horrible. I contacted Vickie at Cignot, she called me a couple hours later, we talked for a long time about all kinds of things, including the problem with the attys...she said, as I posted elsewhere, that usually about 1 in a 1,000 are bad, etc., etc. Then I tested the battys and so far 4 out of the nine go dead after only between 45 mins. or an hour, even tho the LED doesn't blink rapidly.
By this time, the warranty was up. I sent her an e-mail anyway a couple of hours ago asking what she could do to solve this problem. She emailed me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR...and I'll quote.....
No worries, we stand behind the product we sell.Send whatever you think is defective back and we will be happy to refund you for it. Thanks and have a great weekend!
????!!!!Are they not AMAZING?!I'm afraid I'll have to stick with them exclusively.
I was, anywaylol:thumb:

Isn't that normal? I am not a big 510 user but my batts usually dont even last that long, I only have 2, one blinks when flat, the other doesn't. (I think it just fully discharges before it gets time to blink.)

I second (third? fourth?) the kudos for Cignot and their absolutely awesome customer service.
Let's face it - when selling Chinese product that dozens of other vendors also sell, the only way to stand out is with service, and they do it in spades. Nothing will get me to do referrals more quickly and confidently than good CS, and I've already placed 3 or 4 orders with them myself, not to mention referring 3 others to them who are also all happy with the service and product they got.

Re: batteries - the standard 510 batteries have a documented lifespan of 200 - 250 charge cycles. I have noticed that after a few weeks of use, their "good charge" span has dropped from 250 - 300 "puffs" to about 175 or so and held there for about 2 weeks. The LEDs still flash (although I often don't notice them; I usually discover a discharged battery when suddenly I go from vape to nothing between two hits) on all of mine.

Because of this, I've had to revise my "how long before 200 charge cycles reached" to about 90 days... which means I'll be buying more batteries. I'm also seriously considering the 10 battery charger Cignot is selling now.

In any event, it's STILL cheaper than analogs!!! :D

 You two get the best posts of the day award in my book! I'll be waiting. Do you know if they'll be selling spare eGO batteries as well or just the kits?

The ladies at Cignot realize what many vendors do not...if you graciously take what might at first appear to be a loss (accept nine used attys as bad) you will receive endless praise, a continued fan following, an entire new following, and in the end be in better shape than you were before.

Hi guys I haves had the same luck with Chelsea at Njoy ive bought about 4 atomizers and 5 battery's or more they have the one year warranty on them and i know ive gotten ove 15 atomizers and probably several battery's for the cost of shipping the bad ones back to them. She is always friendly about it and they do a good job getting them out to me in timely manner. My only wish is to find the holy grail of atomizers one that might make it past the warranty date
