Totally Wicked not a forum supplier anymore?

I went to check on the Red and Pink Tornado thread and noticed that I could not reply anymore. I assumed that maybe the thread was locked, so I went to check the forum suppliers and Totally Wicked is nowhere to be found... I triple checked just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

What happened?

What's going to happen with my Pink Tornado Kit? It's now the 26th and haven't seen any progress except for them claiming that they finally got them in, and that was a couple of days ago...


Edit: Okay, when I click on the forum suppliers blade, their banner comes up and I can click it to be directed to the website...

Edit 2: Hurray! The status of my order has changed from "in progress" to "shipped"! I guess a little email to customer support is all it takes to light a fire under their arses

Of course I'm a little bias. Janty handles all my eGo vaping supplies, and they respond fast and friendly to customer contacts and complaints.

I also was having trouble getting my order. I went online to their online chat and they said it was due to the volcano. Then I got an email saying their shipment was in but I checked my order status on Saturday and it still said in process. Later today another email and they finally shipped it. I wanted a red on so I had to order from them. Don't think I'll be doing that again, though. Just wish other vendors had the ego's in and different colors would be great.

I've had the same experience with janty, I had an ego batt go south on me and they cross shipped my warranty replacement as soon as I gave them the tracking number of my return so I wouldn't be without a backup.

Theres another thread from a few days ago that ecf was trying to contact them re:some complaints in here...they didn't respond after like..the
third attempt...ecf's policy is (Don't quote me) if they (a supplier) does not respond to inquiry's after a certain amount of attempts, that they get removed from the suppliers list...But you can ask a moderator to direct you to the exact details...all I know is that they(Totally Wicked) did not pull out from our forum but that they were removed from the list..by the administration of ecf.
