Mine shipped from here in Florida, Bradenton was the city if I remember right.. I ordered from the TW usa site.

Nope, no sales tax. I was expecting it but none. Perhaps because home office is in the U.K.

What if you do not have a verified address with PayPal? We just moved a couple of months ago and the new address is not showing verified yet.
With the discount, I think I will have to order the Full Titan PCC Kit if I can find a way around this.

You don't have to have a PayPal account. You have the option to also use credit or debit without going through PayPal.
I know I don't have a paypal account anymore, got rid of it few years ago when I quit selling costumes. I just use my card, no account even necessary so verified may not be needed.
