Seems pretty crazy/stupid to me. I ordered from the USA shop not from overseas. I tried and tried to explain it to my credit card company but oh well. Live and learn I suppose.

Hi TX,
That had happened to me also, twice.
I was told by my bank and paypal that the charge is to reflect the exchange diff from USA and Europe ($ exchange)

I ordered from them last week and used my Mastercard Debit Card ... I checked my Bank account activity this morning and there was just my $120.00 purchase -- no foreign conversion fees were added.

I wonder why this would happen to some customers and not all?

It is due to the conversion rate at the time of purchase.
If the dollar is lower, then you do NOT get the rate hit, they are making $ off you. If the dollar is higher than you DO get hit up so they don't lose $ from you.
Make sense?

Hey Everyone,
I had just found out that PayPal is the one charging the xtra for a foriegn fee exchange. If TW takes out the $ from the account, then its more than what is currently @ for the exchange, (especially if done with-in 24hrs of purchase), PP has the right to offset it by charging you, the customer, that charge. Its even in / on the PP site..
Sorry for the misinformation on this before..:(
