Touch Switch

Can anyone tell me if a touch switch (the one where you would use two rivets/pins/caps etc, needs to be touched with only one finger ? ie would it be possible to have one rivet under your thumb, and the other under your forefinger? all the ones I have seen so far have been very close to each other so as they can be activated by one finger only

Put them anywhere you want, some have put one on the mouthpiece.
