I got 2 boxes of blank cartos today from V4L and they included a bottle of O nic Cranberry. Don't know why, it just felt like someone handed me a flower. Thanks, V4L. In spite of my occasional whining, you've gotta customer for life.

My last order was delivered to the wrong house and is MIA. I re-ordered everything and on the comments section of the invoice in my package i got today Val had written a note to Steve that said : USPS dropped the ball last time, can we do something nice for him?" Well, let me tell you, there were MANY more things in my package than i ordered. I love these people. V4L is a prime example of how a business should run. THere are so many awful companies that only care about $$ and not their customer base. You guys didn't have to do what you did. Val, Steve, Mark and anyone else who reads this that works for V4L, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really made my day today.

Glad to hear they hooked you up. Last week just seemed to be the week for packages in limbo. Maybe the mail carriers had a dose of spring fever?
Many orders later I'm as impressed by the V4L way of doing biz as I was w/the first order. It's just plain beautiful. I've turned a number of people onto these products - 3 of my clients quit smoking immediately and also enjoyed the terrific service. Word gets around.

I've been recommending V4L left and right the past couple of weeks, and just placed an order myself today - I was itching for some new goodies Gotta try those new Premium carts!
When I get this order, I'll finally have enough "stuff" to feel comfortable loaning out a battery when I meet someone interested in trying it.
