Touchy PCC

I have two PCCs (white and black) I use and charge daily. The black one is.. shall I say... solid? But the white one seems touchy and worries me. I will admit to being a nervous mervous when it comes to batteries/heat... yeh and I'm a vaper... so just want to ask about it. So... with the black one, when the green light comes on charging it, it stays on until I disconnect it. The white one, however, shows green and I pick it up to disconnect and before get that done, it turns red again. I then leave it connected and set it back down and in 10 minutes or so I goes green and stays green. Is this anything to be worried about? Thanks.

Edit: Oh, and PCCs are not charging batteries when being charged.

I have a white one, and once it's green, it stays green. The only time it will change back to red is if I put a battery in. Then it will turn back to red while it charges the battery. I only have one pcc, though, so I don't know if your issue is more common. But at least I can tell you it's not all white PCCs.

My white PCC has done that once. No idea why, but it seems to be working fine.
